Once you place your order, we will process it within 2 business days. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
We accept payment through major credit cards. Your payment information will be securely processed and protected.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping usually takes 6 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order and your location.
We stand behind the quality of our coffee and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide you with a full refund or exchange. The coffee must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition. Proof of purchase is necessary for a refund.
To ensure the freshness of your coffee, we recommend storing it in an airtight container away from direct sunlight and heat.
